Why Discord Bots?

Discord has matured into a powerful hub for specialised communities. I build custom bots to solve specific pain points, like creating a dedicated Star Citizen knowledge base that outperforms generic search engines and to eliminiate 'bot clutter' by engineering all-in-one systems that handle multiple complex tasks under a single, cohesive interface.

I build tools that prioritise user well-being, such as AI-driven safety protocols and anonymous 'Vent' systems. By scanning for crisis keywords and facilitating moderated outreach, I create secure environments where communities can support one another while protecting individual privacy.

My development process involves managing high-frequency data, from REST API integrations for live game databases to real-time event handling. I focus on building responsive, scalable backends that ensure information is always current and accessible when it matters most.
